Between April of 2006 and June of 2007, I lost 130 pounds. I managed to keep it off until August of 2008, when it started to find its way back. Now I'm on a mission to lose what I gained back and keep it off for good!
I'm not sure that I'm used to seeing the new me in photos yet, but here are the official "after" shots, taken earlier today:

wow, so is weight training a part of your program now? how about putting on some muscle?
I'm not doing any weight training yet. I still have a few excuses to get out of the way, some legitimate, some maybe not so legitimate. It's on my radar, though.
holy smokes batman, you look like a marathon runner. some muscle would thicken you up a bit.

I say congratulations and you look GREAT! You worked hard and you deserve a standing ovation. I know for me, after being a blubber ball for so long, it sure looks great in the mirror - my wife likes it too! Keep up the great work!
